Can I reserve a unit now?+
Yes. Towers 1 and 2 are accepting reservations at pre-selling prices, which are typically the lowest the project will see before prices adjust as construction progresses.
How much is the monthly equity?+
With the step-up plan, monthly equity starts at about ₱10,000 in the first months and rises in later stages. A standard plan with equal monthly payments is also available. Exact amounts depend on the tower, floor, unit, and facing, so we'll send a sample computation for the unit you like.
When will the units be turned over?+
Tower 1 is scheduled for turnover in 2028 and Tower 2 in 2029, per the developer's current schedule.
Can I pay the balance through a bank loan?+
Yes. After the equity period, the remaining balance can be financed through a bank. Our team can walk you through estimated amortization and income requirements.
Does submitting this form reserve a unit?+
Not yet. The form lets our team send you price details and walk you through reserving. A unit is secured once the reservation is completed through the developer's official process.
Can overseas buyers request assistance?+
